The documentation talks about installing the "OpenCATS-0.9.4-full.zip file".
That one did not work for me and I installed the "opencats-0.9.4.tar.gz"
Have the issues with the "full.zip" version been resolved?

Looks good!
I also tried an Ubuntu 16.04 install which came off the rails with MySQL/MariaDB. The login/password screen was not what I was expecting, but as I have zero Unix knowledge that is no surprise. It's going to rain on Sunday (01 October) so I'll give it a second try.
OK, I'll try github
I don't know if it changes anything, but my browser is Firefox 55.0.3 (64-bit)
NB: this is not a working setup. The current local install is just to test basic functionality.
Thanks for getting back to me. I forgot to mention my install information. The install file is the "Not_Full" version from "opencats-0.9.4.tar.gz". It works fine. The platform is Windows 10 "Family" edition and OpenCATS is running in C:\xampp\htdocs\OpenCATS I haven't l...
Hello OpenCATS, I've got my OpenCATS up and running and have created 2 companies and 3 jobs. I manually added candidates to a job order pipeline via the Job Orders page. I then activated my careers website via the settings page. My 3 jobs are visible on http://localhost/OpenCATS/careers. So far so g...
I'm no programmer, but I visited the github page. I didn't understand much, but I'd agree with mlespiau's "Why should our users know which encoding to use?". I've tried to upload the following formats and got the following results. I'm running CATS Version 0.9.4 on a French Windows 10 PC s...
Yup! I have the OpenCATS home screen as per page 28 of the documentation.
Final instalment!!! The problem is solved in that I now have an OpenCATS with the following message, as shown in the "OpenCATS Documentation - Release 0.9.3": "OpenCATS has not yet been installed, or a previous installation was not completed. Please visit the Installation Wizard to co...
Next instalment in my continuing attempts to install OpenCATS on a Windows 10 PC. I have uninstalled XAMPP (v7); deleted the C:\xampp folder and downloaded XAMPP v5 from https://www.apachefriends.org/xampp-files/5.6.31/xampp-win32-5.6.31-0-VC11-installer.exe I run it in Administrator mode and it see...
Replying to myself again. I'd say that the problem is the version of PHP installed by XAMPP I see that for an Ubuntu 16.04 installation "At this time, OpenCATS doesn’t support php7" When I paste "http://localhost/dashboard/phpinfo.php" into my browser I see that I have Version 7....
