Thanks for the update - but does 1and1 allow you to install antiword etc? These 'non-standard' apps are usually the issue for shared hosting.

I run my own server for OpenCATS and bypass the issues that way.

Hi, sorry for the delay - but it's holiday time! Full instructions on customizations are here... http://ww2.wiki.sidsolutions.org:8888/index.php?title=How_to_upgrade_OpenCATS_0.8_to_0.9.1#Simple_Site_Branding I've asked for permission to reproduce this on the opencats.org site - but no response as y...

Maybe I need to be a bit clearer on the terminology.. however; the search option in the 'candidates' module only searches particular fields - not a full-text search of the entire entry. I'd have to go check the code to see which fields it searches, but I'm pretty certain it's only first-name/last na...

If you've already defined the new database - it'll look for it, and see that it doesn't need to create it. Therefore you get the prompt to upgrade/overwrite etc. Just let it alone for now and tell it to ignore.

Hiya - just a quick response here - am in the office doing some late night upgrades! Okay - WAMP install instructions here; http://opencats.org/documentation/OpenCATS_Installation#New_Installation_.28Windows.29 I can't add a great deal more than that, as I've NEVER run this on a windows server. Howe...

Yes - - a quick workaround would be to ensure that catsone.com and resfly.com are set to lookup 127.0.0.1 in your local hosts file?

Otherwise, can you PM me a screenshot of the error message you get?

Hello, How / where can I do the hard coding? Do you mean it can be fixed in the code for good or you have to change it everytime it occurs? Any pointers? Thanks! Thomas Thomas, Jos was talking to a COGNIZO developer about this to get that statement. Since then it's been fixed in OSATS (the version ...

the batch upload function works. First put the resumes in the directory \htdocs\opencats\upload\massimport (don't know if that directory gets created automatically when you try to upload once.. I don't have it here on my production system but I guess you create it; It worked once before for me on a...

Hi, glad that the software is helping you out - but 50,000 candidates is allot for a non-optimised search! The quick search doesn't search all the fields. However the alternative quick workaround is to use the filter search on the Candidates page. Just click 'filter' and choose 'City' in the Drop-do...
