I can't reproduce this. Can you try reinstalling with defaults and choosing english the language option? Just to try and track down the issue.

definitely a coding error as Stored on S3 refers to the current SAAS CATS version which uses Amazon S3 as its backend. You're just choosing to make life difficult for yourself! x64 binaries probably don't exist - can you recompile for your target architecture?
