not quite sure why you can't choose a UTF-8 encolding scheme for your MYSQL db?

Give me a PM with some additional details..

Alternatively, try OSATS (under development in Subversion), which has full multi-lingual support

Okay,

I can't reproduce this. Can you try reinstalling with defaults and choosing english the language option? Just to try and track down the issue.

definitely a coding error as Stored on S3 refers to the current SAAS CATS version which uses Amazon S3 as its backend. Hi and thanks for wanting to share! Thee is a svn server but i'm busy kicking my webhosts as commit access is broken-apparently a known issue when bsd is upgraded.
