Companies and Recruiters

I am a new user of OpenCats. I would like to know the terminologies used in this software. What is the difference between company and recruiter? Final employer is company or recruiter. These issues are not clarified in user manual.

This is actually a great point.

I'm definitely do that. Would you mind sending me an email at opencatsdocs at Gmail and give me thoughts about anything else that would help? We all have different perspectives and views. I'd never considered the terms.

Thanks!

Hi Padela,

the "Company" is the customer company that you're recruiting Candidates for.
the "Recruiter" is the person using OpenCats to recruit Candidates for Jobs
