Skill Codes to map again resumes when parsed

Post by LarryJNYC » 27 Jun 2019, 14:34

Many ATS are pre-loaded with skill codes ranging from MS Word to JavaScript. When resumes are parsed, the codes map against the resume for easier searching.

Does OpenCats have pre-loaded skill codes and if so, how can i review them in advance of installing application?

thanks for the super quick response. Can a list be uploaded? And if so, any idea where to get one for IT Skill Codes?

Hiya,

I'm afraid I don't have a list of the IT skills codes, but if you can obtain them, you'd just add them in under the administration settings as an additional candidates field, then they'll be available as a drop-down for any new candidates you add.
