Hi, we are using opencats 0.9.2.

I saw that there is a version OSATS 1.0.2 but have a lots of errors and bugs. I can't install it using the install script. I must change the db directly in order to make it work. But still, there is too much bugs, and the GUI is awfull.

For us the most important feature right now is translation.

Will this fine project continues in the future?

Hi,

OSATS is stalled as far as I know, and there's no development on it. The updates were largely made on it by a few contributors who needed the translation to work on their own installation. Since that time, there's no update, and most of the changes haven't made it into opencats-0.9.2

If you want further development of fixes on OSATS, then I'm afraid that'll probably have to be an effort you undertake.
