Hi,

I installed opencats in godaddy shared hosting. Everything working fine except add candidate option. When I click "add candidate" in Candidates page it keeps on waiting and after sometime 500 Internal server error page comes. Unfortuanetly godaddy does not provide error log for economic hosting.

What could be the reason for this error? Can anybody help me on this please.

Sorted out the issue. This solution already posted in the same forum for subject "Cats freezes/stops working when creating candidate" by manuel. Thanks to you Manuel.

Solution is:
Just edit your config.php file!

Edit line around 38-40 in the config.php depending on your version.

Set /* Resfly.com Resume Import Services Enabled */ to "false"

/* Resfly.com Resume Import Services Enabled */
define('PARSING_ENABLED', false);
