Hi All,

I am installing the opencats with godaddy.com hosting service. There is an error showing Creating a file within ./attachments/ failed. Check your permissions. Can you please instruct me to install opencats in my godaddy hosting space.

Hiya, I assume you have a cpanel (or similar) - just change the permissions on the attachments directory so that whatever user the apache process is running under - has read AND write access to that directory.

You can usually do this under the file manager option on cpanel.
