So what we are trying to do is group selected candidates into a list that applied for a certain JOB Order so we can mass send them an open house Email or change their status all at once. I have looked under Job Orders and I can not see the check box with Actions at the bottom but it does show me everyone who has applied. I then checked under candidates tab and here I have the check box and actions BUT I can not sort by Job Order. It just shows everyone for all job orders. I have found no way to change multiple peoples status either.

Am I missing something here? The most important piece here is Email and open house. I can live without the status changing in a group.
