I am having a problem modifying the page that is accessed by http://domainname.com/OpenCATS/careers.

Where does the file live so that I can modify it by hand? Specifically, I want to modify the logo and where the Visit Our Website link points to.

The logo you will find in the directory: .... images/applicationLogo.jpg

You can adjust the template when you are logged in as an Administrator.

Find the Tab: Settings
Goto: Administration
Goto: Careers Website
And at the bottem you will find: Templates
