Hi,

Recently I installed opencats and it seems to be great tool!

The only problem I have is quick search by the key skills...

For my agency the most important skill is language and I'd like to (for example) see all candidates speaking German.

Is that possible?

Not sure whether you're technical.

You can get resume parsing working. Which should get you the keyword search you're looking for. Its not that hard.
