Ok...the screenshot you posted shows ip of 192.168.1.8, not 192.168.1.128. That would cause a problem if you're getting that wrong :)

Open CMD and enter ipconfig

You'll get IPv4 Address :- "************** " enter that IP address "http://192.***.*.*/opencats/index.php?m=contacts"



Try this good to go, had same problem but solved now.
