I have just completed my installation. I wanted to see if OpenCats can be used as the backend of a job board with squarespace as the front end? Is it possible to generate an HTML or any other code from OpenCats to integrate into squarespace website?

you can either wrap the opencats 'career portal' in an iframe, or you can use some plugin that accepts an XML feed from opencats and displays the jobs list.
