You want to search candidates by their existing company? Right now I suspect you need to do a full text search of the resume as it's not defined as a field you can search against

Thank RussH.
As I know, we should execute resume full text indexing, then I can do full text search, right? But how to do resume full text indexing?

I just search in the forum, find this https://github.com/opencats/OpenCATS/wi ... all_Sphinx, but I'm not an engineer, is there any easy way to install Sphinx or do full text search?

Hi ChrisP

Hi Chrisp, Sphinx is the recommended full-text search, it's what I use for example. I do know that an easy replacement was shared by @dveos here viewtopic.php?t=907&start=20 but unfortunately I havent followed or implemented that.
