Features/Ideas/Improvements for OpenCATS

I know features, improvements, etc. have been requested more then once for OpenCATS. One of the things I just noticed that I would like to see fixed within OpenCATS would be the ability to change status for jobs/clients/candidates...etc as a group, instead of making changes individually in each record.
For example....I would like to be able to remove multiple "hotjob"s at once.
Like in gmail when you can check off a bunch of emails from the mail inbox and click "mark as read" instead of doing them individually.
Would that be easy? or tough to do?
