Hi Srikanth, that's not something currently supported by the app -you coudl engage a php developer to amend to the code to make this change.

I went a different route: I made a website for recruiters, where they get a custom view so they can upload candidates, check CVs against job descriptions, see all open positions etc.

It works against the MariaDB directly, only the admins and job owners actually use the full OpenCATS GUI.

The recruiter site runs on the same server, and is FAST.

If you are using a database, you can perform a batch insert/update operation to assign the job order to all selected recruiters.
If you are using a recruitment management system (like an ATScrossy road), check if there is a feature to assign a job order to multiple recruiters at once.
