Hi everybody,

I retrieve candidates at work but get a network connection error. But I checked the network and it still works normally. Does anyone have the same error as me and how to fix it.

HI there, I assume this was a long-running job that timed out, that may then produce some similar looking error message - but really need to see what's in the apache error.log for this to be sure.

It sounds like a possible server or software issue. Try restarting your system, clearing cache, or checking for updates. If the problem persists, contact IT support. Also, ensure firewall settings aren't blocking access. Has anyone else faced this with candidate retrieval?
