Hello. We are currently exploring customizing our installation of the open source CATS by seeing what changes we can make in the reporting features.
What we require is to track the history of certain job candidates before and after they reach certain milestones (like taking a course, finishing a degree, etc.).
Our purpose is to obtain general statistics about what kind of job opportunities candidates had before or after the milestone, therefore measuring how much impact certain events have on their job prospects.
Does anyone know if any code is available for this kind of development? What documentation or people would you recommend that we could contact for help in making these kinds of customizations?
