In the new version, CATS Version 0.9.2 Diablo, I'm being asked to upgrade to a professional license in order to use the career website feature. How else am I able to share the job orders with candidates so that they can apply? Without this ability, this program is pointless.

Probably something went wrong during installation because OpenCats is the profesional version
What is the source you have downloaded 0.9.2 from? I's not available at www.opencats.org
Did you check your config.php. Is there is a licence key like: 3163GQ-54ISGW-14E4SHD-ES9ICL-X02DTG-GYRSQ6

I suggest you use version 0.9.1, it's a true stable version and works fine. Unless 0.9.2 has some features you really need.
