I am installing cats on my midphase shared hosting account (lamp) and as far as I can tell, everything should be ok, I changed the database settings in the config.php to match mine, set the file and folder permissions and it does not seem to give me an error. Just no way to continue:

after I spent some more time reading, it seems that I am going to have to move to my vps for this.
