Hi,

fairly easy to add in an iCal feed from OpenCats so that it's visible in Exchange - however to invite opencats, and share meeting invites would be a far larger piece.

whilst I say 'fairly easy' - it would require coding, so you'd need to find someone to do this work for you. i believe it's been proposed previously and the relevent php classes identified - for example
