What host? Did you use the documentation? What issues are you having?

I tried to install the openCATS in my local server as well in the shared and dedicated servers. But each time I get a PHP error on the mailer.php an argument is wrong in there. If I remove the argument section I get to the system. However, the bulk import doesn't work as well the career section shows multiple errors.
