I'm using OpenCATS while also managing a few personal web projects. One of them is https://ps2bios.com.br/, which is a hobby site about retro PlayStation gaming. Keeping content, updates, and documentation organized across different projects has made me think more about workflow and productivity.
For those of you who maintain multiple websites or software projects alongside OpenCATS, what tools do you use to stay organized? Do you rely on project management software, spreadsheets, or something else?
