And followed the installation instructions in our documentation, including the steps with composer.

I'm almost positive you're doing this with the full version. But I can't say for certain.

ok, as I am having difficulty with composer as SSH required 2 factor auth - thats causing me issues, I've asked my host if they can help out on this.

ok, it works now! was issue with host ssh via composer!

I'd suggest that you have a higher than expected version of PHP.. but I see the thread is marked as solved
