Hi Jimi - you sound frustrated.. Again, the error you report there is related to the setitngs in php.ini - the memory limit in php.ini must currently be set to 64 MB. I'd guess you have a massive backup you're restoring?

Happy to take a look, but I'm no expert - just a user who knows the app fairly well. However - I run it on Linux and not Windows.

I too run CATS on linux not on windows just trying to upgrade it on WAMP.

I have idea about memory limit assigned in php.ini and i was assigned it 400 MB. But still i am getting that error.

Now i have mentioned 750MB and i am going to try again. Lets see what kind of error will system throw.

I am also not too expert but have bit idea about PHP, Mysql and Linux. So trying my luck on it. I shall help you if possible.
