I get hot candidate A that is a supremo on technology X (we call this 'floating')

I want to send A to all companies that could use X - there may be a 10 or a 100 or a 1000 companies

searching companies for key tech X is fine but I can't bulk email them from within cats

it is impractical to create a zillion job orders, track A to all of them and send etc

using lists although possible is a huge amount of work

any thoughts from pro-recruiters?

What you want is available in the CATS pro version...maybe you should consider that option as a professional

That's the version I have - where is that functionality please? Which menu etc?

Click on the tap candidates, then check the boxes of all candidates you want to send a mail, then click on the results box in the right corner of your screen below and choose the email option. Now all checked candidates will be mailed in bcc. You can add any atachment to your email. Type your message and press the send button...thats it
