You'd need to find a friendly dev - but there IS a php class to general an iCal feed from a php app... sounds like the thing if you just want to take a fed of your CATS events into a calendar. Must confess I don't know if outlook/exchange will read iCal these days. I expect Outlook 2007 (latest?) would support it.. but you could go find out?
