hosting recommendations?

yep - it may be time for a change - I'm getting an increasing number of issues around what I'd consider to be a stable static configuration. If anyone has a hosting recommendation for some basic webhosting and the ability to run a subversion server (I'd prefer to have shell access)....then please post a comment in response.
Ohh - and cheap would help
