Hi,
I have configured OpenCats on Hostinger and it's working for me. Following is what I have done"
1 Download the OpenCats Version 0.9.6 (opencats-0.9.6-full.zip)
2. Created a Database
3. Changed the PHP Version to PHP 7.2
4. Open the download zip file and goto (opencats-0.9.6-full.zip\home\travis\build\opencats\OpenCATS) folder.
5. Copy the content from this folder to "public_html" folder
6. It should look like the image I am attaching.
7. Then browse to www.yourdomain.com/index.php to start configuration
