Hello all.

First time opensource user here so be gentle.
Ive downloaded and followed the manual religiously .. however i am getting a few issues.
Firstly -
- CMD - to run composer i get the following message --- cd C:\xampp\htdocs\opencats-0.9.4-3
The system cannot find the path specified.

Secondly this is the strip of errors i get when i log in to Opencats -----
