Likes and dislikes

Where to begin. I've only tested this for a short time, and there's no way that I've covered everything, but it's a good first impression.
Likes:
I like a lot about this software - it's free, available and very usable. Thanks to all those that made it possible.
I like the bulk import, lists and the general simplicity of it all.
Cold call list is a very good feature.
Very straightforward to set up.
Dislikes:
The documentation
The slightly unclear and slightly onerous licence - but it's a fair payment to make for the use of the software.
Absence of much email integration - sends emails out, but no record of them in the database. Need to find a work flow that integrates the two together well.
Once I get a bit more experienced no doubt I will come back and extend this list - mostly on the good side I feel.
