Hi,

I recently downloaded WAMP for Windows 8. Downloaded and installed WAMP and Resume Indexing Tool with no problems. But when I try to open myphpadmin, I get an error message in my browser that says "webpage is not available". This is in Chrome, but the same thing happens whether I use Explorer or Firefox. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong; has anyone successfully dealt with this problem?

Sounds like your webserver isn't running or maybe you are trying to access phpmyadmin using an IP other than localhost?
