If I want to mark a job as internal, does it go to some sort of internal job board?

As far as I know it doesn't. This is not a HRM application like Orange for instance.

So if I have an internal position I will need to manually add people to the job order?

That could be a solution for you.
Do you have that many internal positions?
You could install OpenCats for a second time and use that version internal.

Old thread, but you can select "Internal posting" in the Add job order screen. See attached image. Hope this helps.

You are right. I forgot about that one. But as far as I know it not creating an internal job board as asked. Maybe something is possible with a RSS feed
