Hello I'm new here and trying to start using openCATS but I'm wondering how many resumes /candidate can be uploaded or what is the maximum amount on a day to day basis? If someone could just give me a walk through on how to use the system.

The end is the end of the "life"of your database.
But in general databases are slower when getting larger.
