Hello,
when setting up the eMail settings for OpenCATS I'm always getting the following error:

403 Forbidden

A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site.

Our Mailserver is hosted on the same server. It's a Windows Server 2012 r2 machine with SmarterMail running.

Any Idea on how to properly set it up?

I did almost everything I can think of.

as SMTP-Host: I set "localhost" and I entered the smtp domain like outlook uses it.

seriously though you should be able to use 127.0.0.1 as the smtp server.. possibly some windows issue, if it still doesnt work test by telnetting to 127.0.0.1 port 25 and see if you are being blocked.

thanks for your response. Sadly it did not work.

As for your suggestion to move to Linux, we will do that in a year or two.

Any other idea, do you mind checking through teamviewer?
