I just downloaded XAMPP and I am not able to start the Apache. See message I get below. Please help

Looks like a matter of changing the ports in your errors

I change the port number to 120 but still didn't work.

Did you change both the ports listed?

Port 443 in use by "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" with PID 1

Try changing that one too.

No. Just make sure you change the ports that are conflicting in xampp to different ports. You don't need to change anything else
