Russ,
since (I assume) that most people's Point of Entry to opencats is this forum, you might want to add some links to wiki, bigtracker etc. in the header section here (where you can also find FAQ/members/Logout).

Yep, in the absence of any volunteers, I think I'll drop this forum into a joomla wrapper so that the links to wiki/bugtracker/forum/svn are permanently visible.
Fun and games, eh?
