Unable to install opencats on ipower shared hosting

I am getting this error in installation screen.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

LAMP, Shared hosting ipower ,PHP 5.5 & This is full version opencats working without composer...(Tested on free hosting site & also tried with normal version)
