On CATS dashboard I am getting an error:

A fatal error has occurred.
Sphinx Error: Searchd error: index 'cats': failed to create sorting queue: sort-by attribute 'date_added' not found.

There are no errors in sphinx searchd.log nor in query.log

Anyone know how to progress?

Hi,

did you follow the wiki instrucitons when adding sphinx? I've re-installed sphinx many times, and it's usually straightforward (if not painless)
