Can anyone guide as to how the system time for cats can be adjusted so that it displays the correct UK time if its hosted on a shared server in north america?

Anyway - I thought that during the cats setup you're asked to set your location/time? been a while admittedly since I've ventured into setup. However - if not, take a look into config.php and you'll see there's a value defined there;

define('OFFSET_GMT', 0);
