I have some issues that persist with getting the right date on my CATS notes.
I have verified that
my command line DATE command give me the correct date and time.
my PHP configuration includes the correct time zone.
my CATS "localization" pull-down is to the correct time zone
yet... my date stamp on my notes is... 11 hours early! No matter what I do, I can't seem to fix it.
Any thoughts?
What else should I look at?
