Hi People,

Greetings!

I am a Web Designer having knowledge of PHP, HTML, IIS 7 SQL, PHPmyAdmin. I have installed OPEN-CATS for my company on their server using IIS 7 with SQL. They system seemed to be working fine, until we had a power-cut. The server was up and running fine, however, the application/script which used to allow me to upload DOCX files to CATS is not allowing me to do so. It gives me a SQL error and this was not the case prior to the power-cut. I have made the changes to the config file and to the documenttotext file however it does not seem to work for some reason. I'd really appreciate some help on this one.
Just FYI I have made the changes as suggested on this page (http://www.opencats.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=252)

Secondly, I am trying to install Sphinx step by step, I have spent hours on this, and have managed to get CATS running, but Sphinx does not seem to work, If someone can share something on this.

Is there a way to run auto backup on the cats system so that I do not have to do it manually, I mean, its fine if i have to do it manually, but I would like to know if there is a way I could.

Please make note that I am not a full fledged developer so if you can KINDLY keep it simple would really help a lot. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.
