1.I've installed Opencats 0.9.3 in windows 7 OS and configured as local host. But I couldn't configured my emails. I'm using my own domain and need to configured the same. Could you please help me on this.

Do you mean localhost domain? What email are you trying to use? A Company/business domain? If it's a company/business domain, is it hosted through a provider (like godaddy)?
2. I couldn't get reports in excel, is there any possibilities ?
Which reports specifically are you trying to get?
