Hello i have install OpenCATS in a testing server all is working BUT i dont know what is function that i can take advantage of the system from a company searching the right candidate.

For sample i have create demo candidates with demo job resume but who i use the system to get the best candidate for a job opening i dont understand.

Go to the tab: Candidates
In the blue area click: Search candidates
You can search for example with keywords or keyskills used in the job description

In advanced seach you can even use [keyword] AND [keyword']

The search will be done in the files and the resume if they are indexed.

Recruiting is still a job done by humans.

Hello Manuel,
today was the first day i downloaded Opencats and i am starting to use it. 1. I cannot find any userguide to help me. The only one i found was http://ocdocs.treffle.com/artifacts/ope ... rguide.pdf
It was of no use. can you direct me to a better one.
